2010 Pool Passes

The pool mailer was sent to all owners.  If you have not received the application for pool passes please contact Cardinal Management Group at 703-591-1818.  Passes are processed once a day and mailed.  If you submit your application and do not receive your pool passes within a week please contact Cardinal Management to verify receipt of the application.  You may drop your application at 3704 Golf Trail Lane, Fairfax, VA 22033 or leave in the drop box at that location.  Please note:  If you drop off your application please do not expect the application to be processed while you wait.  You will have the option of coming back to pick up the passes when they are ready or to have them mailed.

 

If you are an owner please forward the pool application to your tenant so they may complete it and mail it back to Cardinal Management Group for processing.  Please note:  If you are a tenant you will need to return the pool application, child’s contract (if you have children between the ages of 12-17) and a copy of your lease.

 

Pool passes will not be processed for units that are in arrears on their Fair Ridge Recreation assessment.
