2011 Pool Passes & Upcoming Activities/Volunteer Opportunities

At the end of March all FRRA Members will be mailed a FRRA Pool Pass Application and Children’s Swim Contract for the 2011 season. Please be sure to complete these forms and return them by April 30, 2011, so that we can send your facilities passes in time for the upcoming pool season. In order to help minimize the costs of mailing this packet, additional FRRA documents, such as the 1) Facility Rules and Regulations, 2) clubhouse rental agreement, and 3) tennis court key request form, were not enclosed in the pool pass mailer but are available on the documents page of this website.

As a reminder, all members must present their pool passes to the lifeguard on duty to gain access to the pool and all guests must sign in at the pool entrance and pay the guest fee ($2) to gain access to the pool. Absolutely no exceptions. Please note that the Children’s contract must be signed by BOTH the child and the parent. For the 2011 season we have again contracted with Crystal Aquatics to manage the pool facility. The pool opens for the season at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 28, 2011. Pool hours and other relevant information are contained in Facility Rules and Regulations available on the documents page of this website and are posted outside of the pool and clubhouse.

Additionally, the FRRA Board of Directors is interested in arranging a community yard sale in and around the clubhouse and needs a volunteer from the community to help organize the event. The proposed yard sale would occur in mid-May. The Board is also working with the other associations in our area to organize a community clean-up day under the auspices of our Adopt-a-Highway program, tentatively scheduled for Saturday April 30.
