A wireless communications company has contacted the FRRA about leasing
currently unused space near the FRRA tennis courts for a 10' x 20'
single-story shelter for communications equipment as well as place an
antenna on an existing Dominion Vepco power line pole. The company would
pay the FRRA a monthly fee for the leased space. The FRRA Board is
currently in the preliminary phase of exploring this proposal and is
having the FRRA legal counsel review the terms of the proposed
contract. Within the coming weeks the FRRA Board will host a special
meeting to discuss the details of this proposal and solicit feedback and
input from members. If you have initial suggestions or questions, please feel free to email Brian Cramp at B.Cramp@cmgmt.com. |
