About the FRRA
The Fair Ridge Recreation Association (“FRRA”) is a membership organization that owns and operates an outdoor swimming pool, a Club House, a tennis court, a tot lot off of Fair Ridge Drive, a fitness trail along Monument Drive, and other open space throughout the Fair Ridge community in Fairfax, Virginia.
FRRA Board. The FRRA is managed by a 7 person Board of Directors elected by members of the Association. The Board meets at 7pm on the second Wednesday of each month via virtual meeting. Details on how to join the meeting are below.

Swimming Pool. The outdoor swimming pool, located at 12238 Apple Orchard Court, is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Access to the pool is by FRRA ID card. ID holders may bring guests to the pool facility for a nominal charge. A BBQ/picnic area inside the pool facility may be reserved for two-hour blocks for parties at no charge on a first come basis.
2023 POOL INFORMATION COMING SOON
Pool pass applications will be processed online in an effort to reduce costs and increase turnaround times. ALL members and residents who wish to obtain pool passes must register online and ALL previous pool passes are now null and void. Pool passes will be provided in in an electronic format you can use from your smartphone. A printed pass can be mailed to you.(For an additional charge). The guest fee is $2.00 per guest. Guest fees must be paid in advance online through the pool system Marketplace. Multiple-use guests passes previously purchased from Association Management are still valid for use. Please present to the front desk staff.

Club House. The Club House, located at 12238 Apple Orchard Court, is available for rental to all FRRA members (and residents) in good standing. The rental fee is $150 for Friday-Sunday and Holidays, and $____for Monday-Thursday. The rental agreement form can be found on the Documents page of this website.
Tennis Courts. The FRRA maintains a court at the end of Fox Lake Drive. There are also public tennis and basketball courts in the Fair Ridge County Park just off of Meadow Field Drive.
Tot Lot. The FRRA maintains a playground off of Fair Ridge Drive adjacent to the pool facility.
Open Space, Picnic Space, Walking Trails, Fitness Trails. Adjacent to the pool facility, the FRRA maintains open and wooded park space where the FRRA tot lot, several picnic tables, BBQ grills, and paved walking paths are located. The path from this park space joins paths maintained by the adjacent communities and Fairfax County. It is an easy walk from the Fair Ridge community to the Fairfax Town Center where our residents will find shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The FRRA also maintains a fitness trail along Monument Drive.
Fairfax County Parks. The Fairfax County Parks Department also has many facilities available to county residents, including nature centers, golf courses, REC centers, miniature golf, water parks, historic sites, lakes, etc. – none located very far from the Fair Ridge community.
Parking on FRRA Property. There are two parking lots on FRRA property: one at 12238 Apple Orchard Court (at the pool/Club House facility) and another at the tennis courts. Parking in these lots is subject to the FRRA Parking Policy which is contained in the FRRA Rules and Regulations posted on the Documents page of this website.
