Swimming Pool

The pool facility will be open from the Saturday prior to Memorial Day

through Labor Day.

2. Operating Hours. The pool will be open for general admission as follows:

Sunday – Thursday 11 am to 8 pm*

Friday & Saturday 11 am to 9 pm*

Memorial Day, Juneteenth & July 4th 11 am to 7 pm*

Labor Day 11 am to 6 pm*

Weekdays when Public School is in session 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm*

Operating Hours are subject to change at any time. If operating hours are

changed, revised hours are posted at the pool facility.

*Pool facility users must vacate the pool facility, including locker rooms, by the posted

closing time.

a) The pool facility and pool will be closed for maintenance, weather, or other

conditions when Pool Management considers such action necessary.

b) The pool facility will be closed if the outdoor temperature is below 65

degrees.

c) Any unauthorized person entering the pool facility outside of the posted

operating hours is trespassing and may be subject to arrest and prosecution

and if a member or authorized resident, suspension of pool use.

IF you registered last year (2022) and have a hard and/or electronic pool pass, you do not need to register again.  Your hard pass is active and you will receive an email with a new 2023 electronic pass. E-passes will be sent and cards turned on as long as your account is in good standing and assessments have been paid in full.  If you have any questions regarding your account balance please contact your Account Representative at 703-569-5797.

IF you did not register in 2022, and your account is in good standing pool pass applications will be processed online in an effort to reduce costs and increase turnaround times. ALL members and residents who wish to obtain pool passes must register online or by mail.   Pool passes will be provided in an electronic format you can use from your smartphone and/or a printed pass that will be mailed to you.

Tenants registered in 2022 must have a valid lease on file.  Tenants not registered will need to complete an application.

The guest fee is $2.00 per guest.  Guest fees must be paid in advance online through the pool system Marketplace. Multiple-use guests passes previously purchased from Association Management are still valid for use. Please present to the front desk staff.

Mail a paper Application:  There is a $10.00 application fee to mail a paper application. A One-time fee of $10 per Household application fee + $10 per hard copy pass will apply.

2025 Pool Pass application 

$0 Application fee + $10 per hard copy pass. You can select an e-pass only for $0.
BBQ/picnic area inside the pool facility may be reserved for two-hour blocks for parties at no charge on a first come basis.
